Millennial Pink is all the rage these days.  The question is, what is it?  Well, the definition is a little complicated.  Basically, it is a mix of dusty rose and baby pink.  Some call it a grapefruit color, others compare it to salmon, and some say it’s closer to beige.

Girly pink is a thing of the past.  Millennials are fighting against gender norms and instead are embracing gender fluidity.  By adopting this new shade of pink, the color is no longer just for girls – it’s androgynous.  This trend has been around for a few years as Pantone named its 2016 Color of the Year Rose Quartz and in 2017 Pale Dogwood was named one of the top colors for Spring. Given its continued popularity, it doesn’t look like Millennial Pink is going anywhere soon.
